This was an episode from the most extreme experience series. Definitely a positive one though a bit scary at the beginning. Ally and Karl decided to fly over from Dublin just for one day to have their wedding city session in London. The time they were already supposed to land Ally texted me that the plane had been turned back to Dublin due to some cabin pressure issue and that they were waiting for the take-off at Dublin airport. Luckily 20 minutes later she texted me again that we should keep our fingers crossed as they were starting for the second time. And so we did. When they finally arrived at our place it was already 1.p.m. so after Ally getting her make-up and hair ready we had 3 hours left for the session. Little time. Weekend, Saturday afternoon, rush hour (I guess it’s 24/7 there), millions of tourists EVERYWHERE and my brave and determined newly-weds! Complete craziness. I assume it’s not quite popular to have a wedding city session in London at daytime cause virtually EVERYBODY stared at us, well mostly at Ally looking gorgeous in her wedding dress :) People shouted “Congratulations!” or “Mommy, mommy look at the bride!”, drivers on the Tower Bridge opened their car windows and beeped the horn, double decker conductor didn’t want to check their tickets :D  people on the underground were amazed by seeing the bride and the groom on the long escalators… it was sooooo coool :D and I was the lucky one to be their wedding photographer in London :) I want to thank here my beloved husband and my brother who were my assistants on that day and carried all the necessary stuff. To było doświadczenie z serii “najbardziej ekstremalne przeżycia”. Zdecydowanie pozytywne, choć lekko przerażające z początku. Ola i Karl zdecydowali się przylecieć na jeden dzień z Dublina na ślubny miejski plener w Londynie. W momencie, w którym mieli już lądować na Gatwick, Ola przysłała mi smsa, że zawrócili samolot do Dublina z powodu awarii w kabinie i czekają na lotnisku na ponowny odlot. Szczęśliwie 20 minut później przyszedł kolejny sms z wiadomością, że mamy trzymać kciuki bo startują ponownie. Tak tez trzymaliśmy. Kiedy w końcu udało im się dotrzeć do nas była już 13:00. Makijaż, włosy, dojazd do centrum i zostały nam 3 godzinki na zdjęcia. Mało czasu. Weekend, sobotnie popołudnie, godzina szczytu (tam tak jest chyba 24h na dobę), miliony turystów WSZĘDZIE i moja dzielna Młoda Para! Całkowite szaleństwo. Zakładam, że miejski plener ślubny w Londynie nie jest czymś popularnym, zwłaszcza w środku dnia gdyż dosłownie WSZYSCY gapili się na nas, a tak naprawdę na Olę, która wyglądała zjawiskowo w swojej sukni ślubnej :) Ludzie krzyczeli “Gratulacje!”, “Mamo, mamo patrz, tam jest panna młoda!”, kierowcy na Tower Bridge otwierali okna w samochodach i dawali po klaksonach, konduktor w autobusie nie chciał nawet sprawdzać im biletów :D ludzie w metrze byli zapatrzeni w parę młodą na długaśnych ruchomych schodach… to było mega wyczesane przeżycie :D a ja tam byłam, miód i wino piłam i ich sesję ślubną w Londynie fociłam :) Chciałabym również podziękować mojemu kochanemu mężowi i braciszkowi za dzielne mi asystowanie i noszenie całego bagażu. Miłego oglądania. Krótki backstage już niedługo.
